abstract this research explores the integration of mobile assisted language learning (mall) in teaching english to a1 level learners, focusing on enhancing language acquisition, engagement, and motivation. as mobile technology becomes increasingly prevalent, its potential to support language learning in a flexible and interactive manner is significant. this study investigates the effectiveness of mall tools and applications in facilitating vocabulary acquisition, grammar understanding, and conversational skills among beginner learners. using a mixed-methods approach, the research comprises both quantitative assessments of language proficiency improvements and qualitative feedback from learners regarding their experiences with mobile applications designed for language learning. the findings indicate that incorporating mall into traditional classroom settings can lead to enhanced learner engagement and improved linguistic outcomes. participants reported increased motivation due to the accessibility and interactivity of mobile resources. additionally, this study addresses challenges faced by educators in implementing mall strategies effectively and provides best practice recommendations for …
