nt shavkat mirziyoyev has consistently emphasized the importance of english and other foreign languages in uzbekistan’s educational and developmental strategies. his initiatives aim to enhance the nation’s global competitiveness and equip its youth with essential skills: “the time has come to create in uzbekistan a new system of teaching foreign languages, which will become a solid foundation for the future. since we set ourselves the goal of building a competitive state, from now on, graduates of schools, lyceums, colleges and universities must be fluent in at least two foreign languages”. over the past decade, uzbekistan has implemented a range of national strategies aimed at transforming its education system, with particular focus on enhancing foreign language proficiency among students. the presidential decree dated december 10, 2012, titled “on measures to further improve the system of learning foreign languages”[footnoteref:1], marked a turning point in national language policy. this document emphasized the need …

, english-media can help both, learners and teachers as well. however, most students and even some teacher may fail to use the media in a correct method. because the internet, ai and so many other programs only offer according to what are the people searching. this very issue in the schools of uzbekistan is quite debatable and requires some work and research for getting better result in effective teaching as well as learning. observations through the school program and curriculum showed that the teaching program mostly limited with ready given reading, listening and video materials. we thought that they are not enough to enhance speaking skills. speaking competence should be natural and fluent, most students struggle with making their speech natural and fluent. only books, ready-given materials, designed dialogues and usual oral tasks cannot help making speech natural with enough vocabulary and structure. we hope that, the method specially designed …
